Working across 4 of our food outlets within the hotel you will be responsible, along with the team leaders, for running of the outlets on a day to day basis. Experienced in leading a team,you’ll have demonstrated good practice in cost control, staff training & development and productdevelopment. A flexible customer-focused approach is essential, as is good time management skills.
